Order Processing
We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your product arrives safely.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
Please note that carrier delays, weather, and customs processing may affect delivery timelines.
Fragile Item Packaging
Because we specialize in ceramic and glassware, every order is packed with extra care, including:
Protective cushioning
All cartons are over packed
Secure internal dividers (when applicable)
Our packaging standards are designed to minimize breakage during transit.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
We’ll review your claim and issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional reshipping fees.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We are unable to replace or refund orders once they are marked as delivered.
